St. Rufina apartment is very large, about 120 square metres, where you can go in through an independent entrance which gives directly onto the street, and it has recently been renewed tastefully.

When you enter you will be in a very elegant living-room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a table for four people, TV with dvd, stereo and a very romantic working fireplace.

Through the living-room you can go to the dining-room, where there is another table that can contain up to eight people. Kitchen is fully accessorized, so that you can prepare and cook every kind of food, with gas cooking top, electric oven , microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, kettle, coffee maker, as well as tableware, cutlery and all accessories currently used. The ground floor ends with the first bathroom equipped with shower cubicle and storeroom. By means of an elegant wooden staircase you can go upstairs, the night area in the house, which is well-kept and very silent, where there are two other bedrooms, the one is a double bedroom and the other is a twin-bedded room, and the second bathroom with a multifunctional hydromassage bath.
