Charm BB13 B&B is located in the heart of Rome, in full old town centre.

The nearness to the two Flaminio and Spagna metro stations offers the convenience of reaching the farthest places easily and rapidly, but its strategic position allows walking towards many of the most famous and picturesque places in the Eternal City; the b&b is situated in the most ancient streets of the Capital, between narrow alleys and squares of the timeless Rome.

Piazza del Popolo is only a few metres from bed and breakfast, where you can start to take some unforgettable walks in via del Corso, an important shopping street, with its side streets, such as via Margutta or the alley of Babbuino, the ancient streets of artists.

If you continue to walk you can reach via Dei Condotti, a famous street for its exclusive windows all over the World and having the renowned Piazza di Spagna staircase and the fountain of Barcaccia in the background…

The interior of bed and breakfast is very well-kept. It was fully renovated in April  2009 with great care for all particulars and a prestigious teakwood floor. Moreover its rooms are spacious, well-lit and very silent. All of them are en-suite, with TV lcd, strongbox and ceiling fan.

Rooms are cleaned daily, whereas linen will be changed every 3 days.

You can have your breakfast  in a nearby bar, comfortably sit down at table, but in your room you will always have at your disposal snacks, mineral water and wafers for various drinks.
