CHARM BB08 is a wonderful Bed and Breakfast, situated in a late 19th-century vintage palace on the third floor with lift, in St. Peter - Vatican area. The buildings of that area are in an elegant Umbertino style, with silent, well-lit and very large rooms, where you could enjoy relaxing moments at the end of busy days’ march and culture …

All the B&B rooms are en-suite, with TV and ventilation, moreover a big and well-furnished living-room is used as a common recreation room.

The Bed and Breakfast is located in the centre of Rome, that is in the heart of Prati district, a lively and easy area. The surrounding streets are very crowded with the lovers of shopping, particularly via Cola di Rienzo and via Ottaviano, which are full of clothes shops, shops, restaurants and local pizza restaurants.

You can walk from Bed and Breakfast and go a short way to visit many interesting places in the city. The Basilica of St. Peter and Vatican Museums are only a few minutes’ walk away, which are equidistant from the picturesque Castel Sant’Angelo situated behind the Tevere. An elegant bridge will lead you to the other river-side, that is a few hundred meters from Piazza Navona, one of the main squares in Rome, and from  Pantheon, one of the most ancient and most important monumental works of the Eternal City.

The Bed and Breakfast is in an ideal situation for those who wish to discover the innumerable secrets of the old town centre, not only for the convenience of walking along the ancient and picturesque streets of Rome, but also for the very good network of public transport. Not very far from the B&B there is the Ottaviano stop of the line A metro station. It is the fastest and easiest means of transport in Rome, besides many lines of buses and trams, with terminus in the nearby Piazza Del Risorgimento.
