This comfortable and well-tended B&B, is located in the heart of Rome, not far from St. Peter’s Square and Vatican Museums; it is fitted with every comfort in a hospitable, warm and friendly atmosphere. It is situated in Prati, one of the most important districts in Rome.

The b&b is located on the third floor of a beautiful building built in the early of the twentieth century, it was completely renovated and has both single and double bedrooms. The building is equipped with lift.

The bed & breakfast rooms are fitted with every comfort:

air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, electric kettle, with teas and infusions always available. All the three rooms of the bed and breakfast are en-suite with bidet, shower cubicle and hairdryer.

You can have your breakfast, that is included in the price,  both in kitchen and in your rooms and it consists of milk, tea, coffee, fruit juice, jam, chocolate, rusks, toasts, croissants, honey.

Mineral water is always available to the guests of the bed & breakfast.

It is situated in St. Peter’s area. It is connected from Termini railway station by the bus number 64 and is well connected with Fiumicino (by train about 40 minutes – line FR1 urban service) and Ciampino Airports (Pullman Service).

On the contrary, on the motorway you will take the ring-road and go on to the Exit 1 Big Ring-Road: Aurelia-Vatican City. From here you will go straight on towards Piazza Ernerio and simply follow the signs towards St. Peter’s.
